Driver's License Issues: Driving Licence but No Green Card

Hi. I obtained my driving licence 35 years ago while I lived in the USA and held a green card at the time which is no longer valid Moved away 25 years ago but kept up my license as I visit here approx 6 times per year. Licence is for MA but own property in ME . How do I renew my license in ME as they require proof of US residency??
Online renewal only lasts 10 years
