My question involves a child custody case from the State of: CA
I have a question and a concern I might not be able to do much but wanted to ask. So I have a court order as it is already where dad takes kids mon, tues 1 hour each day Wednesday 6 hours and picks up sat 6pm to drop off sun 6pm.
Any who my daughter came in telling me that his family is telling there dad to ask me for the kids more days in the summer and that if I refuse that they'll just take me to court. My understanding his family can't do anything and he can't demand for days because he agreed to the schedule from when we went to court!! Am I correct??? Also since visitation dad has canceled constantly mon and tues visitations and he has asked that if he can't make it on one of the days if he can take them the next visitation day for an extra hour for the missed time. Sometimes I agree and sometimes I don't am I in the wrong for allowing it??
And final question his living situation is not the best it's not bad but I don't agree that he is in a 2 bedroom home where atleast 7 people live there and 3 have been arrested for posesion of drugs and abuse if I'm not wrong also my children have made comments that the dad will take his gf at night when they are there and that they hear sounds(sex related) in the living room.. what can I do on that behalf I'm not trying to take visitations from him but I feel that it's not safe and it's over crowded in that household for them to be there. (Also his family has a habit of talking about me around the kids and talking about court in front of them)
