My question involves criminal law for the state of: New Mexico
I was arrested for drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. I was released on my own recognises. My case just went to grand jury and is going to continue. I was going before all of this to mexico to visit my husband every week. I am a legal citizen and have a valid passport, my question is if I go and visit him, on my way back can I be detained my border patrol?
