My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: California.
I have been a registered sex offender since I was 18. I'm in my 30's now and am married with 4 children. I'm not finding out that although I'm no longer a criminal the law provides that I may not loose custody of my children and be forced to have only supervised visits. Needless to say I love my children and would never harm them. I am the person who provides for them the most and this type of custody arrangement would be harmful to them. Does anyone have any advice or has anyone gone through this?
