Hello I live in indiana wanted to ask about overtime laws in this state I just got a new job at this nursing home pays good but my check was not right I get 15 an hr plus 3 dollars shift diff so i got my check and my overtime rate said 9 dollars an hr for 5 hrs overtime instead of half of 15 an hr which would be 22 an hr I asked payroll and she said that's the way we do it here is this right I'm I geting ripped off
