My friend has a restraining order against her from her abusive ex boyfriend. They haven't spoken in a while but the other day he came to her house and when she opened the door he just walked in. He is now constantly calling her phone. Roughly 80 times a day and has called her place of work. She's talked to some police officers she knows and they all say there's nothing she can do. Is that true?
