My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: ky, wife bought a vehicle temp tag expired on 10june 17.
The lot called on the 9 th of June and said we had til 4 to get tags.
Then he called all week saying we need to bring the vehicle back to him til we got the TT&L paid.
On the 15 we get a temp tag from Tn until we get the $700 to pay the registration on the vehicle.
To the 17 of June he repos it.
Will not return Any of the $1,130 down payment.
Looking for any legal we have right to.
Second is the stalking of following her around with his tracker and in person.
His tracker somehow became disabled what legal recourse does he have on that as I can't find any thing
