My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: Oklahoma
My husband was bitten by his cat (in condo owned solely by me but where we both reside!) and he has now received inquiry from his medical insurance wanting to know where accident occurred. They state that "someone else" may be responsible for the substantial medical bill resulting from 4 days in the hospital. I am concerned that they may be coming after me for this. Does it matter that we are married? Does it matter that it was his cat? I am insured but still concerned.
