Trying to Clean Up a Mess

My question involves paternity law for the State of: Md

Mom and Guy A had a child together. Both on Birth certificate and Affidavit of Parentage signed, several years later Guy A had a DNA test done, child not his, they split. Guy B tested, not dad. Year or 2 later Guy C contacted about minor child. Guy C always knew minor child to be his and mom always denied till then. Guy C took in Mom and minor. Several months goes by Mom disappears. Guy C files for custody. Mom and Guy C acknowledge Guy C to be the father. Legal and physical custody established. No CS established at the time.

Guy A still on Birth certificate.

Questions are....Who is actual legal father? What should Guy A and Guy C do? What's the legal avenue for both?
