I would like to sue eBay for what they did to me and most like hundreds if not thousands of others, I had called ebay about this and they did not seem to disagree. I have been on eBay since 1999. I sold and item for $400, and shipped to east coat. The item header and listing stated AS IS, buyer also asked me to ship it fast which he never stated when he bought item. So I paid $100.00 more at my expense. I never got item back and eBay took all the money out of my bank account without notifying me.I told eBay the AS IS is buyers responsibility, they never doubted me. They are really a classified service that you bid on items, real auctions are final. I would like to sue them with lawyer taking his fee from suit. This could be class action as I know it happens to all sellers and buyers. They dictate rules that suit them
