My question involves business law in the state of: Missouri.
I know that a WY LLC has to register in MO to do business in MO. But if the WY LLC is not actually conducting business in MO, I believe the WY LLC could be a member (owner) of the MO LLC.
With that said, how would the WY LLC be listed (on the members listing) in the MO LLC Operating Agreement? I'm thinking the member would be listed as "John Doe and Associates, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company".
