My question involves real estate located in the State of: New York
I am considering the purchase of property and have found the following language in the deed.
"Excepting and reserving unto the grantors, their heirs, successors and assigns, a pedestrian right of way and easement over roads and drives extending from southernly terminus of Birch Drive in a generally southernly and south westerly direction to the point at which said roads and drives intersect the north easterly boundary of Ash Drive as shown on the hereinafter described map."
What does this mean? If I become the property owner, must I give pedestrian access?
