My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: New Mexico I took my car to the dealership for repair for a oil leak. While my car was being repaired I was told that there was a hoist malfunction and my car was damaged. In inspecting the vehicle it has significant damage. The service manager tried to down play the situation but I had received a picture off of social media of my car and the extent of the damage prior to me seeing the vehicle. Right now they are trying to put me in a new car with a new loan which will extend the amount of time I have to pay on my car. What are my options?
