Relocation: Moving

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Alabama
My exhusband and i agreed to let me and our child move out of state to TN for better opportunities for me and for our daugher. Four months later her father changed his mind and was granted an ex parte order, because i didn't do the correct process/paperwork to move(which was my fault). Now hes wanting our daughter to live in Al with him. I have been the physical care taker of our daughter since birth. Hes been in and out of her life for 5 years. He works swing shift so my parents keep her during the week and he gets a weekend and i get a weekend, he also wants me to travel 200 miles every other weekend because he doesn't want her to leave the state anymore, and i have to have supervised visits with my parents. Thats how he wants things to stay. I on the other hand have a better job here making triple what i was making, im on scholarship at UT, I can physically take care of the child everyday like ive been doing her whole life, she would have a better education here, my husband helps out and we have family here as well that are willing to help if needed, my husband also has a son her age so she has a sibling. My living situation was my daughter and i sharing a room at my parents house to having a 24 acre farm. I have gone out of my way to make sure her father sees her whenever he wants, and i have never kept her away from any family members. I never asked for child support, all i wanted was a better situation for our daugher and myself. My question is what are my odds on getting to get her back ? I know my situation is better, but is that enough?
