My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Georgia I got divorced while still in the military . My child support was calculated using my Military pay. I got out of the military and got an overseas security job. The security job payed a lot. Without being told, I increased child support. It seemed the right thing to do. There were times that I couldn’t pay due to the unstable nature of that business. With those gaps in payments I’m am still 30000 ahead. When I would come to the states on leave, I would spend large amounts of money to visit with them ie. hotel, rental cars, food, clothes. Also I would send gifts for the children often.
