I got a denial letter from Social Security for my application. Unfortunately, the letter was received one and a half months after the date stamped on the letter for sending. Now I have 10 days to respond. I can file an appeal for reconsideration during this period but getting all the supporting medical documents will be difficult. Is it possible to send them medical documents later after filing the appeal?
