Filed Chap7 2 Weeks Ago Wanted to Re Affirm Car Loan Now Shows As Closed Worried
My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: Florida
I filed Chapter 7 2 weeks ago. I wanted to reaffirm my car loan;now it’s showing as closed on report. Attorney told me to keep paying. Does this mean it won’t be re affirmed? Will they come take the car?? The car is worth 4000 I still owe 5700 had 11 payments left. It’s says closed then chapter 7 Bankruptcy, I,m worried I need the car.
I signed the re affirmation paperwork when I filed.
