Plea Bargains: Withdrawing Rocket Docket Plea

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Kentucky. I am on parole. I was with a friend and we were pulled over. Two pipes with residue were found. He told the police that it was his and I had nothing to do with it. My name was ran and it was seen that I am on parole. So I was arrested on a charge in a different county than where I live. They have Rocket Docket there and we do not. When I went to this proceeding I told my DPA lawyer that my parole officer said as long as I didn't have to take felony time that she would not file a revocation motion. My lawyer said they were offering me 3 yrs of probation so I would be fine there. I signed the plea. She apologized that she didn't have time to go over everuthing, said it was that way with Rocket Docket...all fast paced. I later looked over my papers and seen that it was a 1 for 3 plea on felony Possession. I tried to reach her all the next week but she was out of town. I left her messages but never got to speak to her until court for sentencing. I told her I wanted to withdraw my plea. She said she wasn't sure if they would choose to indict me on additional charges or use the indictment provided for Rocket Docket. She got a 2 week continuance for me to think about this. I have spoke to her once but she still doesn't know what the prosecution would or can do. Said she really didn't have time to talk to them. I'm at a total loss here. Can they withdraw the Rocket Docket indictment if I withdraw my plea?
