My question involves public health law in the State of: Michigan
What would be the legal consequences of leaving a state (in this case Michigan) while under an involuntary psychiatric outpatient treatment order without court permission. Obviously civil contempt but would there be any longstanding consequences such as a criminal record or arrest warrant?
