My question involves criminal law for the state of: California. My husband has had a warrant for probation violation in san diego CA. For 9 months had no run ins with police. Yesterday he was arrested being a witness to a fight his name was ran and now i am wondering how likely it is that they come pick him up. He had 1 year left on probation. He has a stable home and employment opportunity here in Niles MI. Would it be possible that they would see that it would cost more than the extradition is worth.
