My question involves real estate located in the State of: Washington, DC
I am under contract to purchase a condo. The current owner owns a couple of units in the building and associated parking spots, which they are trying to sell separately. My contract does NOT include the parking spot for my unit (these spaces are left blank on the contract). However, an addendum from the condo association indicates that the parking spot is conveyed by deed. Is this contract valid? Is it likely to be halted at settlement?
