My question involves personal property located in the State of: Indiana. My boyfriend's mother just died. He has been living in the house with his mother his whole life, has never moved out. The house is still in her name. My boyfriend also has a sister. There is no will. What do we have to do to get the property into his name and keep his sister from trying to make us sell the house? Do we have to do anything or does this fall under adverse possetion?
