My question involves criminal law for the state of: Modesto california. Hi im a 17 year old male and my girlfriend was charged for asaulting her stepmom. She is now on probation. Her mom and dad asked the judge to also put a stay away order on her so that she can not contact me . they think shes been acting up because "im a bad influence on her" but anyways if they really do have a keep away order on her put by her parents will that continue to be part of her probation even after shes 18?
