Disability Benefits: SSI and Disability

I was approved for SSI and disability thru a judge. My attorney does not handle the SSI part so I'm basically on my own. The SS office called to speak with me about my payment and when it would start. She basically told me that if I was even eligible for SSI it would all just come out of my disability...she proceeded in asking a bunch of questions...I got a review statement in the mail ...I'm guessing from that conversation.... everything is opposite what I had said to her.
Me and my husband have been common law married.....we are now divorced almost 2 years....I had nowhere to go since I'm sick and not working....we co own this house so I stayed....he's been laying all the bills. I am on food stamps...I own one car
On this report she has that I am married.....not on food stamps...they have his vehicle plus another vehicle which I told her had been repossessed.
Of corse when I call her it went to voicemail

What do I do?
