My question involves child support in the State of: Indiana
My husband's divorce degree states that he is responsible for half of college expenses. His lawyer said that he does not have to pay child support and college expenses. He said that this is considered double dipping. He said we just stop paying child support and start paying on the college tuition. My attorney said we have to file something. What do we have to file and is this something we file or does an attorney have to do this. The child is 18 years old and is enrolled in college. tlhkm
