Compensation and Overtime: Vacation Time Compensation in PA

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of:PA. I am considering quiting my job working for a parts store in PA. I'm full time, and currently sitting on 88 hours of vacation time. I can't find a clear definition saying that if I leave I get paid that. Neither the handbook or any websites quoting state laws. I got my HR manager to say it's owed to you if you get fired, but I would rather not burn that bridge if I have to. Also if they do pay it then usually how long would it take. That's enough for one paycheck for me, and I would rather not get it two months later. Thank you for any advice I get here. If possible to post a link with credible evidence as well I appreciate it. Mainly so I have something backing me up when I go to quit.
