Temporary Contruction Easment

I live in Colorado. I received a certified letter in the mail the other day about a road construction out front of my home. The letter talked about a temporary construction easement along the west side of my property. It’s a 10’ wide strip that runs the entire length of the property. It’s about 3,300 square feet worth of property. It’s going to block one of our driveways into the property (the one we use the most). The construction easement will come within about 15’ of our bedroom. My question is, should we get this chunk of property appraised to make sure we are getting just compensation for them renting out the land? If so, who should we contact for the appraisal? I have read it can’t just be a typical appraiser, it has to be someone that specializes in this but I am having a hard time finding someone for this. Thanks in advanced!
