My question involves a child custody case from the State of: FLORIDA
My ex-wife and her attorney were to file a Closing Argument and Proposed Order in our Family Law Case, yet the deadline has come and gone and nothing was filed. I however did file mine on time as the Judge stated. Now my question is, can I file something to have theirs dismissed if and when it is filed? If not, what can be done since they missed the deadline?
