Help

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: PA

We have custody of a 5 year old little girl whom has lived with us her entire life. Mom has been in and out of her life all along. Didn't see her from August last year until October and admitted she blew her off for some guy. Well mom ended up getting pregnant by this guy and as of January of this year has decided that she wants to be Mom and is driving us nuts. There are a lot of issues but the reason I am here, Little one is 5. Mom just 3 days ago gave her a cell phone for her to call mom when she wants and for mom to call her. That's ok (I think? idk). What is not ok is that when mom calls it is not about little one. It is about mom talking on and on and on and little one barely able to get a word in edgewise. Also mom is trying to parent (her way) from the phone. And now this evening she calls about 8:05 which is in the half hour we have to get ready for bed. Here's little one with her snack (which is hard enough to get her to eat and is now forgotten) trying to talk on the phone and getting nowhere because of moms 90 questions or whatever and this has me frustrated. She has now also asked what time little one gets up for school because she wants to call her for 5 minutes in the morning just to say hi. I don't know if it's me but mornings are stressful enough and I literally use the entire time getting little one ready for school. The last thing I want or need to do is have little one on the phone for any amount of time. Especially when I first get up. Is it me? Is this wrong or am I? Any advice is appreciated.
