My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: MO. I was stopped by a state trooper in MO for excessive speeding. I was clocked at 84mph in a 55. Since this falls into the bracket of 26mph+ I am required to appear in court. I am 18 years old and also have a CDL drivers permit.
My question is would it be better to pay the fines or to contest the ticket? There’s not much evidence to argue the ticket. I am just interested in keeping points off my license to avoid having my CDL permit revoked.
