My question involves real estate located in the State of: Hawaii. I am in escrow on a residential property. The State of Hawaii property information states the owner as X corporation (not real name). The Nevada corporation (seller) is in revoked business status. The sellers agent requested to change all escrow docs to company X LLC. The loan UW is not comfortable with this sudden name change. What should I do? P.S. the title company is dragging their feet on this.
