My question involves personal property located in the State of: Pennsylvania
My property is landlocked however my deed specifically addresses the easement for utilities and for ingress an egress. I have lived here for 30 years and my neighbor, who has always been a problem has decided it it OK to block my access road with her car or vehicles used by individuals working on her property such as lawn service. It is impossible to talk to her in a civl manner. I am wondering if I am opening a can of worms by having an attorney contact her to notify her that the access road must remain open. She does have a private driveway and use of the street for parking her car and any other vehicles. Another option is to contact the local police but I am not sure if this falls within their jurisdiction. My main concern focuses on my husband's health. If he is in need of emergency service minutes can mean the difference between life death or additional disability.
