I had a question about rule 2.3 - venue
The rule states "....an infraction case shall be brought in the district court district or the municipality where the infraction occurred...."
Does this mean that if the infraction was allegedly committed in a municipality the case must be heard in that municipality and if allegedly committed in an unincorporated area must be heard within the same district?
For example: if an infraction is allegedly committed in Seattle does the case have to be heard in Seattle or could it be heard in any Court within the same District?
