I was arrested for family assault charge on Dec. 2016. It was the first charge in my life. I successfully completed my probation and the domestic violence class. My next court date is early 2019 in order for my case to be dismissed. I am afraid what the judge orders. What is the judge’s order or decision usually on a first time domestic violence charge? I am afraid of being convicted. Please help!
