When we got the house I had no idea what having my fiance on the title meant. All of the money was mine. Which is easy to prove with bank statements. I still had plenty money left over. The cashier check to pay for the home was in only my name, which i have a copy of.
He was simply added to the title. Is there a way to remove him? Now that we have broken up, (im 8months pregnant with his child and no job) he refuses to leave, and tells me that he isnt paying any rent or bills, and HOPES the house gets taken from me, because i cant afford the bills at the moment.
All i want is to sell the place and move on. Hes demanding more than half of the money or he wont sign the paperwork. Please help!
