My question involves a person located in the state of:California..I’m trying to get My mentally challenged daughter away from her step mom and her father. She is never dressed properly and hygiene really needs to be addressed. She receives a SSA check every month but it is not spent on her. I would like to know what I can do to get her out of there. I live in Florida and want her with me so I can properly take care of her. Her stepmom also leaves her with her daughter to watch and in the past and still has drugs in the very small apartment. Do I turn her in for drugs she has 3 underage children that treat my daughter badly.
