My question involves marriage law for the State of: Colorado
My ex boyfriend and I were together for 5-6 years. We do not bank together, we do not file taxes together. We have never presented ourselves as married in anyway.
The mortgage on the house I bought during our relationship, all the vehicles and bills are solely in my name. His truck is solely in his name.
The only thing is he is on my auto insurance and post office box. Can he claim common law and have rights to my home, palimony, or vehicles?
