My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: AR
It's not necessary to go into detail about what was relayed to human resources about a filed complaint but I would like to know what is my best bet in responding to said employee when confronted about the complaint as I am absolutely sure she will do and I want to be as concise, professional, and tactful as possible without making the situation worse. Have not had time to consult a lawyer at this time as it is not necessary yet and hopefully will not be but just in case I would like to be prepared and just my luck, HR who is also my supervisor will be out of the office tomorrow and the complaint was made this afternoon after a series of documented events.
