My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Kentucky
On the date of August 27th, 2018 a dealership that was changing the oil in my truck wrecked it. This took place in Louisville Kentucky. I was told that the repair would take 10 days but did not get this in writing. It is now over 3 weeks later and I still do not have my vehicle. Is there anything I can do about this? The shop did give me a vehicle but I would much rather have my truck back. The dealership has been nothing but a pain to deal with. At one point I was told they could not continue with repairs until they got approved by their insurance. I do not feel like I should have to wait for their insurance to get my truck back. I really just need guidance because I have no idea what to do.
