My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: NYC hi this is jesth I’m Tenants of commercial Store( restaurant). I last month I spoke to my landlord about selling my store. Because I couldn’t making money there and he truly to ignore me. I been here almost 3 year Left 2 year now. It’s very hard to make money here. I’m kind of frustrated now. He is rude to me I explained him everything about my situation. I have bad medical conditions right now, Doctors Said that I have to rest. My question is can my landlord distory my lease or not ? Can one give me good idea please thank you .
