My question involves real estate located in the State of: Wisconsin
A friend has a easement through a wooded area to reach a field which he farms. Due to the fact that he has another route to get to this field he hasn't used the easement for many years. Trees have fallen into the easement a well. My question is, can he lose the right to use this easement if he goes too long never using it? Might the answer depend on the language of this particular easement?
Thanks much for your time.
