My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Ohio
My 16 year old son came to stop behind a school bus. The bus lights were flashing. He waited 30 seconds. When nothing happened he pulled around the school bus and saw the bus driver standing in the yard waiting for the child to come out of the house. No other kids were visible. He didn't know what to do so he kept going as did 3 other cars behind him. The bus driver got his license plate and reported it to the local police. He was cited for "passing a stopped school bus" - as written on ticket.
There is all kinds of information on the internet - it's hard to keep it all straight. We just want to know what to expect when we go to juvenile court. My son has had his license for 3 months with no other violations.
