My question involves a child custody case from the State of: NY
Due to a new job where Ill be working seven days a week, I wont be able to pick up my son at the school and spend the day with him on Saturdays. I dont know what time Ill get off from work so I asked mother to allow me to see him those day I get off earlier. She agreed only on Friday not other days. Dont she has to be flexible?
My question is since Im not following the court order will I get in trouble or my excuse for this new job is enough?
Also mother informed the school that I wont be able to pick him up and they asked her to me send an email tothe school. I refuse to do this since I already informed her and the judge stated to inform her if I would be late or not able to pick him up.
This is a temporary job.
