Estate Planning Strategies: Can You Use a Will to Allow Somebody to Live in Your Home for Ten Years

My question involves estate proceedings in the state of: New York

My father owns a house and I currently live in the house with my father. My fathers current will leaves the house to me and my brother.

Would it be possible and what is the best way to go about allowing me to live in the house for 10 years without my brother trying to kick me out and sell the house after my father passes away?

Basically I want to live in the house and have control of it for 10 years, and then after 10 years the house would pass equally to me and my brother. For that 10 years I want to have control where my brother just can't come into the house and start making demands or bothering me.

Is it possible for a will to do this without having to open up trusts, changing deeds, and stuff like that? Best would be to make a simple provision in the Will so I don't have to burden my father with this stuff.

Best would be if I could put in my fathers Will something like. "I want my Son "me", to have full control of the house for 10 years as long as he pays all house expenses".
