My question involves criminal law for the state of: Georgia
I was recently arrested for Ag Stalking due to a TPO. I am alleged to be electronically surveying her. Canceling Credit cards, and still not sure what else.
Since it was a FVA its automatically a Felony.
The evidence I have seed has been obviously modified. So Im good there. Here is the issue.
The Officer who signed the Felony Warrant, and conducted the investigation it having an affair with my wife.
My Attorney says "Its an Interesting Turn of Events",
Any issues with the ethics of the entire case?
Question can the officer be turned into Internal Affairs?
