My question involves vehicle registration or title in the state of: California.
I recieved a ticket for not having a plate. It is marked as a correctable violation, however, when I when to show I had a plate the police asked for California registration. I'm registered in Illinois. What are my options? Prefer not to waste a day waiting at DMV to register in California.
