My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida
At what age can a child be deemed old enough to not need child care, and therefore it can be removed from child support costs?
Currently Im paying an amount the judge decided based on her age, not on any evidence provided by the cp and I have no contact with them to determine if she is in fact in day care.
