Establishment: My Father Issued a Tro on Me to Stop Sale of Co-Owned House

My question involves restraining orders in the State of: California

1) I would like to know about the TRO process regarding my right to a speedy trial.
2) i would like to sue him for damages

Summary:
My father & I own a house together since 2008. My fiance moved in with me in 2015. My father would never give us privacy. (Walked freely into our bedroom & showed up at our patio door without announcing himself. Just two examples ther. Lets just say he was creepy and intrusive.

I talked to him several times, but he ignored me and continued with the behaviors.
After 3 years, I let him know the situation wasn't working and we needed to sell. I wanted to purchase another property with in-law quarters or with enough land to build him a separate cottage.

He finally responded to the sale by saying he insists on a reverse mortgage. I said no. My equity is my retirement investment. I have well over $120,000 in equity & he has approximately $20,000.

He ignored me every time I talked to him. I advised him that a realator was coming to view the house. The day the realator arrived, my father went out and requested an elder abuse restraining order against me.

1) I was served TRO & move out orders on June 15. The court kept continuing the case for lack of court rooms. My father's lawyer delayed the proceedings twice. Finally we have a trial set for Sept. 4. On that day I will be homeless a total of 81 days. Where is my right to a speedy trial??? Do I have a right to a speedy trual?

2) when they dismiss/drop the TRO as I believe they will, can I sue my father for damages? (Expenses, emotional, physical etc.) if so, how do I find a lawyer to do that?
