My question involves a marriage in the state of: Ohio
My divorce was final years ago, but has been reopened off and on for contempt for non payment of child support and parenting time issues over time. Today there was a note of a "Motion and notice issued" with certified mail service going to my ex husband. I called my attorney and he knew nothing about it. If my ex husband had filed it, obviously it would be sent to me and not him. Is there anyone else who can file anything? I'm going to try to contact the court Monday, but don't know far I will get on the phone since I won't be able to prove my identity and the last time I needed information I had to go in person and show ID to view the files. Any input is appreciated.
