Use and Enforcement: Deeded Easement- How Can It Be Used

My question involves real estate located in the State of: Idaho

We recently built a home on a 1/2 acre that has an ingress egress easement along the north property line of 15 ft. The property the ingress/egress easement belongs to is not landlocked and actually has its own driveway to the main road. We are nervous that the easement holders may subdivide and build a subdivision on their property. Our fence currently sits on the property line. Could they essentially "take" those 15 ft to widen the current driveway they have from our backyard?
